About the reminder
Do you store my dates or send me an email?
No. The date is computed in your browser and the calendar file is generated on your device. Nothing is sent to us; that is also why there is no email reminder.
Why does the passport expiry date matter?
The UK ETA, ESTA, Canada eTA and Australian ETA end when the passport they are linked to expires, even before their normal validity. A new passport, even a renewal, always requires a new application.
Where do I find the exact expiry date?
In the approval email, or on the official status service: Check your ETA (UK), Check ESTA status (US). The date shown there prevails over our calculation.
